Terms of use
These terms govern your use of BCCFC (the “Site”). By using the Site, you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it.
1. The Site is information, not advice
Everything published here — probabilities, statistics, tables and the text around them — is general information and entertainment. Nothing on the Site is betting, financial, investment, legal or other professional advice, and nothing here should be read as a recommendation to place any bet or as a guarantee of any outcome.
2. No guarantee of accuracy
Predictions are estimates produced by a statistical model from imperfect data. Football results are uncertain by nature, and some of ours will be wrong; that is a property of the exercise and not a defect. The Site is provided “as is”, with no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability of any prediction, price, statistic or other content. Prices shown are the best we recorded at the time of the last update and may already have changed.
3. Age and eligibility
The Site carries gambling-related content and is intended only for people who are 18 or over — or older, where the legal age where you are is higher. You are responsible for knowing whether gambling is lawful where you are; the Site is not directed at, and should not be used in, any place where that content is prohibited.
4. Bookmaker links and how we are paid
The Site contains affiliate links to bookmakers. Following one sends you through a redirect we operate and then to a third party; if you register an account, we may be paid for it. Those third parties are not under our control: their odds, terms, promotions, verification requirements and conduct are theirs alone, and any account or wager you take out with them is a matter between you and them. We do not accept deposits, hold funds or place bets.
5. Acceptable use
You may read, link to and quote the Site with attribution. You may not scrape or copy it at scale, republish it as your own, present our numbers as another model’s output, or use the Site in a way that interferes with its operation or with other readers’ use of it.
6. Content and data
The model, the text, the layout and the presentation of the Site belong to the Site’s operator. Underlying sports data — fixtures, results, match statistics and odds — comes from third-party data providers and remains subject to their rights and terms. Club names, competition names and any marks that appear are the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively.
7. Availability and changes
The Site is published as static pages that are rebuilt on a schedule. It may be unavailable, incomplete or out of date at any time, and pages may be added, changed or removed without notice — match pages in particular are published on a rolling window and are removed once they fall outside it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site’s operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content — including gambling losses, lost profits, and losses arising from a prediction, price or statistic being wrong, stale or unavailable.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version on this page is the one that applies, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
One thing this page deliberately does not do: name a governing law or a court. Doing so would mean asserting a jurisdiction that appears nowhere else on this site, and we are not going to state something here that we have not stated anywhere we could be held to. Your own local consumer and gambling law applies to you regardless of what a page like this claims. See also privacy and responsible gambling.
