Write to support@bccfc.com. A person reads it, and the reply comes from the same address.
Useful things to send: a number on a page that looks wrong (include the page link), a broken page, a question about how a prediction is built, a privacy request.
What we cannot help with: anything inside a bookmaker account — deposits, withdrawals, bet settlement, bonuses. Those belong to the bookmaker you bet with. We also do not give personal betting advice.
Partnerships and publishing: the same address takes proposals to work together, and pitches from anyone who would like their own material published on BCCFC. A short note on who you are and what you have in mind is enough to start.
What you might have come here to ask
Most of it is already answered on the site.
- “Where does this number come from?” — Methodology, and the equations behind it on the mathematics page.
- “How often is it right?” — Accuracy, with the sample, the misses, and what we deliberately do not publish yet.
- “Why is there no prediction for my club’s match?” — Most likely it is outside our coverage or outside the publication window; the competitions page is the full list of what we cover, and a fixture gets a page no more than 7 days before kick-off.
- “A page I had bookmarked is gone.” — Match pages drop off 365 days after the final whistle. The site index lists everything that is live right now.
- “Is this betting advice?” — No. Terms says so plainly, and responsible gambling says why it matters.
